          BPH under the Provincial Health Office is now practicing the convenience of our management program and have been the first government hospital in the Philippines engaged with Claims Eligibility Web Service (CEWS) under the e-Claims Project of Philhealth.​ Headed by Gov. Vilma Santos Recto and Provincial Health Officer Dr. Rosvilinda Ozaeta, the Electronic Hospital Management System (Topaz Philippines Software Development and Management Services) was made possible by the Batangas Provincial Hospital with the efforts of Dr. Danilo L. Aguilera (Chief of Hospital) and Joy V. Gutierrez (Administrative Officer).
