While all systems report charges and payments, Topaz continually updates and reports a special figure indicating the processed amount of the original billed amount for any period.​

As the payments are received the processed amount is updated as well.​

It is therefore possible to go back and check the billed amounts of any period and compare them to the processed amount.​

The ideal situation is when the two amounts become equal; meaning all the charges billed in the period have been fully collected or processed.​
